We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the southern cross station and close to all the transport options. The apartment itself was well-appointed and had a luxurious feel. We loved the flash TV and the beds were incredibly comfy, the best we've experienced yet. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our needs were met. The room had everything we needed, from ironing facilities to air conditioning, and even a balcony to enjoy the view. The free toiletries and laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, were a great addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and utensils, and we appreciated having a coffee machine and free WiFi. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making our 4-day stay very enjoyable and secure.

Clean, tidy, and spacious room with comfortable beds and a warm atmosphere. The free breakfast was a nice touch and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The location was convenient for accessing transport options and finding my way around the city.
Communication was a bit tricky, especially for someone coming from overseas. Accessing the lounge for check-in was a bit challenging.

The breakfast provided was a plus and the location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the apartment was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It was a great stay for a business trip with complimentary Wi-Fi and a flash TV for entertainment.
The communication was poor, as we were told to expect an SMS regarding our late arrival details, yet there was no message when we arrived. We had to stressfully search for the contact number late at night.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to the stadium and the Southern Cross station, making it easy to explore the city and attend events. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the spacious rooms and bathroom provided a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to our day. The staff were helpful and responsive, addressing any queries or problems promptly.
